1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before the design work begins, subject to approval.
  • Once design planning, procurement, or execution work has started, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

2. Payment Terms

All project payments, milestones, and deliverables are clearly mentioned in the agreement or quotation provided before the project starts. Clients are responsible for timely payments as per agreed schedules.

3. Project Modifications

Any changes requested after design approval or during execution will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
